Is there a fair that we can attend from home?

We host online fairs accessible from your personal computer or smartphone.
These include a 360° virtual tour of the venue and guided explanations using photos.
Upon request, we can also prepare and send a personalized wedding estimate based on your needs.
We warmly invite you to participate at your convenience.

Can you arrange shuttle buses or taxis for guests?

Shuttle buses and taxis can be arranged by the venue.

Is parking available?

We have a parking lot on-site that can accommodate up to 50 vehicles.

Can shuttle buses be arranged?

Microbuses can be arranged for both family and guest use.
We will discuss the departure point, time, and other arrangements with you.

Is guest attire available for rent?

Formal attire such as morning coats, black tomesode, and furisode is available through our partnered dress shop.
Please consult your coordinator for further information.

Do you offer dressing and hair styling services?

Dressing and hair styling services are available with prior reservation.
We kindly ask that you make your reservation in advance.

How many planning meetings will we have?

Including arrangements for bringing in personal items, we conduct at least five planning sessions, generally scheduled once a month.
For couples traveling from afar or those who wish to minimize the number of meetings, it is also possible to complete all preparations in as few as one session.

What are the payment methods and payment deadlines?

We kindly ask that payment be made by bank transfer, either at a financial institution counter or via ATM, by 3:00 p.m. on the weekday prior to the wedding ceremony and reception.
Bridal loan options are also available. Please feel free to inquire for further information.

Is there a changing room available for guests?

A fitting room is available for attending guests.

Is there a waiting area for family members?
Where is the family introduction conducted?

The bridal salon and lobby can be used separately for guests/friends and for family members.
The family introduction will be conducted in the ceremony area just before the start of the ceremony.

Is there a nursing room available?

While there is no dedicated nursing room, we are able to provide a private room for nursing if needed.

Where can diapers be changed?

Diaper-changing facilities are available in the multipurpose restroom in the lobby.

Do you offer baby beds or chairs for children?

Yes, we do. Please consult with your planner for details.

Can we sample the cuisine in advance?

We offer tasting sessions for guests who join our venue tours or bridal fairs.
We will ask about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance, so you can enjoy the tasting with peace of mind.

Can I visit the venue on my own?

Yes, of course. You are more than welcome to visit the venue on your own, and many guests do so.
You are also welcome to visit with your parents or friends.

Is it possible to hold a 1.5-style party (a casual reception after the ceremony)

Yes, it is possible.
We can accommodate either a participation-fee style or a traditional gift-based style.

Is it possible to hold a second party (after-party) as well?

Yes, it is available.
There are no extra fees for venue use or audio equipment.
The total cost will be based on the food-and-drink plan you choose and the number of attendees.
We can also assist with ordering cakes or prizes if desired.
After-parties may also be held at other EXEX Group locations.

Is it possible to have “photography only” without a ceremony or reception?

Yes, it is available.
Our planners will provide recommendations regarding available dates and pricing.
We also have special packages that offer excellent value for photo-only weddings.

We will have many elderly guests. Is there anything we should be aware of?

We can flexibly adjust the menu to suit the preferences and dietary needs of elderly guests.
All dishes are thoughtfully prepared so they can be easily enjoyed with chopsticks as well.
We hope everyone will feel comfortable and enjoy the meal together.

Can you accommodate food allergies as well?

Certainly.
We offer customized menu adjustments to suit each guest’s allergies or dietary preferences.
All information will be confirmed in advance, and we will respond with the utmost care.

Do you have a children’s menu available?

Yes, we do. We provide both a children's plate and children's courses.

Can ingredients from our respective hometowns be incorporated into the menu?

We would be delighted to use ingredients from your hometowns.
In the past, we have created many original dishes using guests’ own rice, vegetables, and other local ingredients, as well as recreations of regional specialties.

Do I need to bring anything to the bridal fair?

No, you do not need to bring anything in particular.
As for clothing, your regular everyday attire is perfectly fine.

We are fully equipped to support both family-style weddings and maternity weddings
